Associate at counter told me she couldn't do it because the Brand of fleece I got could be purchased elsewhere. When I looked at the tag, she quickly acknowledged it was a Bass Pro shop tag, but that it could still have been bought elsewhere. Ridiculous! So frustrated! I had to ask my daughter for the receipt. So mad!!!!!
