  I went in on cyber Monday to buy a used Nintendo 3DS XL for my 6 year old. Andrew was helping me that day and boy did he go above and beyond! I was treated like my business was top priority. He called 3 other stores to locate the one I wanted and to make sure it was in the best condition. The store was clean, well stock with new merchandise and the service was out of this world!

  Rude employees who wouldn't help us to return a gift. It was purchased and unopened and they refused to take it back. Not only that, they were beyond unacceptably rude and arrogant about it. If nothing else, I'll never shop here because of the staff alone. They could have been more sympathetic but they were so unnecessarily rude. For all the other GameStop in the area, I'll be sure to go to another one in the future.
