  Plain and simple, walked in and the people working there just walks by and greet the next guest like you didn't even enter the door. Not just once but 3 times, they act like they are ashley home store(can't even compete with). I just ran thru the store quick since I was in it already and walked out within 5 minutes. No wonder they had an empty parking lot with 5 cars only. Proper furniture place and employees would ask you as soon as they meet you if you had any preference or questions. Yet Sutherland act like they were high class furniture. Simply I won't ever return and I won't play the race card.
