  Sales guy blatantly misrepresented two different AT&T promotions, not giving us the opportunity to make an informed decision, which ended up costing us an additional $200 for our phone + a loss of a $22.50/month discount. When we discovered this & brought it to the attention of the store manager, she was hostile & defensive & completely unwilling to work with us. Thank God we called AT&T customer service & loyalty department & were treated wonderfully. They are working with us to resolve the problem.

  Awesome staff that are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prepare to spend at least an hour there if you're getting a new phone. It's not a fast process though
